Horrible Experience
I’m extremely disappointed with the Status Between 3ANC earbuds. From day one, I’ve had constant issues with them randomly disconnecting for no reason. I tried to give them a fair chance, but problems kept coming up every other day, making the overall experience frustrating and unreliable.
The biggest issue happened when I lost my right earbud. It was fully charged, yet the app couldn’t track it and only showed its location as “unknown.” There wasn’t even a last known location available, which defeats the purpose of having a tracking feature in the first place.
Customer support was no help at all. They dismissed the issue by suggesting that someone might have manually turned the earbud off, without offering any real solution or assistance. For a product at this price point, both the functionality and support are unacceptable.
Overall, I would not recommend these earbuds due to persistent connectivity issues, unreliable tracking, and poor customer service.
