We added high-resolution LDAC codec support, alongside a High Res Wireless Audio certification from the Japan Audio Society.

I love bass but in the proper context, not mushy and
overbearing. The Pro X earbuds deliver a rich and balanced sound that will have you listening to your favorite music for hours non-stop.
I definitely highly recommend them.
I purchased these earbuds from Status Audio for a little over $300 including shipping because they were marketed as a premium audio product. While the sound quality is decent, it honestly feels comparable to many standard wireless earbuds. At this price point I expected something noticeably better.
The bigger problem for me is the design around the charging case and tracking system. I recently misplaced the case and was surprised to find out that the app cannot track the case at all. The earbuds themselves only show a last known location when they were actively connected, which doesn’t help much once they disconnect.
Without the case, the earbuds can’t be charged or really used, which effectively makes the entire product unusable. For a $300+ device, I would expect the case to be trackable or at least easier to replace. Losing a small accessory shouldn’t render such an expensive product useless.
This feels like a major oversight for a product in this price range. I really wanted to like these and was excited when I purchased them, but the overall experience has been disappointing.
I’m hoping Status Audio customer support can help resolve this situation or provide some kind of replacement or refund option, because at the moment the product isn’t usable and the value just isn’t there.
