Warranty

1 Year Warranty: Status Audio is responsible for defects in materials and workmanship for one year after date of original purchase. If the defect is Status Audio's responsibility (e.g., sound is lost in one side of the headphones), the customer will be furnished with a replacement unit.

Awesome sound and never fail quick connection

I have Bose QC Earbuds II that seem to have trouble with the Bluetooth connection to my iPhone 12: sometimes delayed, sometimes only one earbud connecting, other times, not connecting at all. I have had my Between 3ANCs for several weeks and use them several times a day. This is the way it is supposed to connect...nearly immediately! As fast as I can get the earbuds into my ears, the voice had already stated "Power On"...I hear the words "Connected", such glorious words. Sometimes I make it a game to try to hear the words, "Power On" by moving as quickly as possible...successful only 25% of the time, catching the tail end of the phrase.

The sound is awesome. Great sound through the entire spectrum...the lows, the mids and the highs.

Why did I waste my time and money on the Bose? I still have them but they serve only as paper weights now.

Work great!

Second pair. They have worked great. Anc is pretty good. App works well. Hard to tell what mode they are in without the app, wish i could change then while connected to my computer or another device instead of my phone though

What a Difference Wow!

I had a pair of Skull Candy Earbuds and honestly they to me I thought sounded great . But I saw this Earbud and decided to try them … all I can say is WOW such clarity I’m hearing instruments I never heard either my skull candies I absolutely love these earbuds , and I downloaded the app and the sound is even better when I fine tuned them I couldn’t be happier 👍🏽☺️

Awesomeness

These are quality ear buds i just bought the “3ANC”. As my BOSE set has an issue. And i can’t be without earbuds till a replacement is sent out. However the quality of the Status 3ANC is quite simply amazing. Deep powerful base along with the max volume is insane. There that loud i actually find myself turning them down. These are going to be my new buds and the BOSE will move on to being my second set My only and its a small observation is the connection can be a bit glitchy if on the move. I’ve noticed a couple times over the past 2/3 weeks there can be a touch of interference when moving about or when my phone isn’t secure ie moving or bouncing in my pocket. However i think that is a “normal thing” with Bluetooth connection. I can’t find anything else wrong. And im a loyal BOSE user.

Full Blown Review

I’ve owned these for probably a year-year and a half and here some things I’ve personally noticed that could be fixed or improved!

• Announce notifications

• Hey Siri would be nice but I’m sure Apple has it patented.

• Better noise cancellation when it’s windy. Noise cancellation works get till any moderate wind is involved.

• Ear wax nets/guards both fell out under a year. AirPods have a sweet design soo you can take them out and clean them but the rubber rips off the plastic after 3-6months soo isn’t that great either.

• Would be nice if your music/podcast would pause when the ear bud is removed from ear.

• I am a big fan of using one ear bud at a time which makes the skip forward/backward feature a little rough… Double tap should be skip on Left/Right bud and make skip back a triple tap soo you can do it on either ear bud when you only have one in. Not sure if that’s patented but would be a convenient feature

• Can’t activate or deactivate noise cancelation during call. I find myself trying to call someone in a loud environment and hanging up before they answer just to activate noise cancellation. You can do this in the app but it’s just faster to hang up and activate through the ear bud.

• Ear buds randomly does Bluetooth connect/disconnect even with phone in pocket/hand. This I noticed a few months after I got them and I’m pretty sure a hard reset fixed this issue, still happens but wayyy less often to the point it’s not really an issue.
