These eat buds are awesome. The quality in the sound is superb. Not only do they sound better but they’re less expensive than other ear buds out there.
The earbuds themselves could be ok, I think mine may be a bit faulty as they are so terrible it can't be normal. However, not that the people from customer service helped sort this out, I'm just sat on terrible faulty headphones now. The Bluetooth range goes crackly after moving further than 2 meters away. Something that customer service said HAS to be the phones fault. My phone, a Samsung galaxy s22, works perfectly on a wide range with my Bose headphones. The sound itself is a bit harsh and a tad too loud even on the lowest setting, I've had to download an app to help make the sound ok.
I have several in ear headphones. JBL, Beats, Apple Ibuds, dashbons and Jabra. All are supposed to be elite wireless ear buds. The Between Pros are well above all of them. I’ve never had such awesome sound in ear buds. The jabras were the closest, yet the Between Pros blew them away! I have all of these brands, searching for the best sound and fit! The Between Pros surpass all of them.
I’m a drum and bass fanatic so I love the great texture these earphones produce from such a small easily portable piece of equipment, they have such an extraordinary sound quality that I’m only just now realising I’ve been singing the wrong lyrics to songs I’ve been listening to for years these really do it all in every aspect. for me nothing compares so glad I came across theese and the team behind it all. 1 Year Warranty: Status Audio is responsible for defects in materials and workmanship for one year after date of original purchase. If the defect is Status Audio's responsibility (e.g., sound is lost in one side of the headphones), the customer will be furnished with a replacement unit. User-inflicted damage is covered with a partial credit towards a replacement unit. After one year, all claims will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Status Audio.
