Warranty

1 Year Warranty: Status Audio is responsible for defects in materials and workmanship for one year after date of original purchase. If the defect is Status Audio's responsibility (e.g., sound is lost in one side of the headphones), the customer will be furnished with a replacement unit.

After a year of use and abuse

Ive used these things nearly every day sense I've got them. Not only is the audio quality astonishing but they are also surprisingly durable I'll give you a few examples from 3 different lines of work

Treework- I use them as hearing protection both in the lift and running the wood chipper, I've had them fall from my head at 60 feet in the air, dusted them off and kept going! Leaving the case in my pocket sawdust builds up in the port which is nearly unavoidable but a sewing needle pulls it right out.

Welding and fabrication- this is a good one, they work well again as hearing protection. I had a little incident where I left my case open on the work table running an angle grinder, and metal bits built up on on my charging nubs. That was an easy fix with an air nozzle from the air compressor!

Lumberyard forklift operation- it's a dusty operation over here and occasionally it rains the ipx dust and water rating I've had no issues at all! Also awareness is important when operating the lift so that's another incredibly useful feature!

Another thing these fantastic earphones work perfectly when riding fits under the helmet comfortable the touch controls don't accidentally do anything!

Last but not least! When I did finally have an issue after heavy daily use my battery quit charging. 7 months after my 3 month warranty I got in contact with customer service we went through some trouble shooting eventually coming to the conclusion the battery quit and they sent me a new set!

Between 3 ANC to the rescue!

I coach high school football. Our school does not have enough money to provide sideline headphones for our whole coaching staff for use during our games. The idea hit me that I could use and ear bud to call our coach up in the press box getting a bird’s eye view of the game field action. The first buds I thought to use were my Between 3ANC. Great choice! As is shown in this photo, during our games I can be seen with an ear bud in my ear for communication with the press box coach. Thank you Status Audio!!!

Pretty damn good!

Arrived very quickly and out of the box it’s a stunning look. The packaging feels premium and the are pretty comfy. They do stick out quite far so as a car detailer sometimes they easily hit objects surrounding you in an inclosed space. Not an issue if you go running with them. The case feels nice and good quality. The sound quality… Now out of the box these earphones are way below par. I have heard cats being strangled better quality then these out of the box… that is until you change the eq. It completely changes these earphones and bring you into a new world. That is to say it does take quite a bit of time to get them sounding right. I have found the Reddit has helped to find the right eq settings. At full volume the highs are very finicky as they will distort quite a bit but most people won’t be listening to these at full volume. I’ve had a couple of issues with the charging as sometimes they’ll be connected to my phone when in the case. Makes no sense as to why they do that but that’s my only real complaint. First world problems I know but you are paying quite a lot of money for these. That being said they are great value for the sound quality you get. Definitely a 5/5.. for an audiophile. A 4/5 for your average listener just due the time it takes to get the eq sorted. None the less definitely great earphones!!

Awesome sound and never fail quick connection

I have Bose QC Earbuds II that seem to have trouble with the Bluetooth connection to my iPhone 12: sometimes delayed, sometimes only one earbud connecting, other times, not connecting at all. I have had my Between 3ANCs for several weeks and use them several times a day. This is the way it is supposed to connect...nearly immediately! As fast as I can get the earbuds into my ears, the voice had already stated "Power On"...I hear the words "Connected", such glorious words. Sometimes I make it a game to try to hear the words, "Power On" by moving as quickly as possible...successful only 25% of the time, catching the tail end of the phrase.

The sound is awesome. Great sound through the entire spectrum...the lows, the mids and the highs.

Why did I waste my time and money on the Bose? I still have them but they serve only as paper weights now.
