They are comfortable, sound quality is EXCELLENT, noise cancelling is good, product looks and feels very professional and streamline, battery life is OUTSTANDING, and connectivity was straightforward. Everyone likes to nit-pick, so in keeping with that trend: I’ll say getting the units out of the charge case could use a more pronounced grab access, for my larger-than-runway fingers - but all in all I am very impressed - my search has ended 👍. And no, they're not perfect all the time!!
The sound is great, these are truly terrific BUT...connecting to my Apple devices is a pain. I constantly need to "forget this device" in order to get the earbuds to re-connect. It's not a small inconvenience when it is constant. It would make me hesitate to purchase the next generation of earbuds or headphones when the time comes to replace these. I do not have this problem with my Bose headphones.

1 Year Warranty: Status Audio is responsible for defects in materials and workmanship for one year after date of original purchase. If the defect is Status Audio's responsibility (e.g., sound is lost in one side of the headphones), the customer will be furnished with a replacement unit. User-inflicted damage is covered with a partial credit towards a replacement unit. After one year, all claims will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Status Audio.
